Rental Rates:
Our rental rates for a single instance event are either $50/hr. for up to 5 hours or $250 for 5 hours or more (all day use).
For recurring events or questions please email or call the building manager at (607) 334-9046 and select option 1.
A security deposit of $100,00 is required for all rentals. This reserves the hall for your use and will be refunded after building has been inspected after your rental.
Rental Procedure:
Note: The Grange office staff have irregular hours, but do respond to all phone and email inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Take a quick look at our event Calendar, especially the “Building Usage” category as this will tell you if the building is already in use for that day.
- To confirm availability and to get “penciled in”, please give us a call at (607) 334-9046 and select option 1. Please leave a message if no one answers.
- Once we determine that the date is available, you can be penciled in. The date can then be held for 10 days while we wait for your Security Deposit and the Rental Forms.
- We request that All Rental fees and forms be submitted at least 30 days before your event.
- Once all fees and paperwork have been received you can call for a “Walk-thru” and a “Key” during the first part of the week of your event.
